Maintain the workplace with organization and a positive experience Have you ever considered transforming the world through education? **Marista College of Londrina**, part of Marista Brasil, is looking for a professional to serve as a **Temporary Receptionist**, someone eager to lead necessary transformations for our changing times—building bridges and positively impacting the lives of thousands of children and youth.  **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in welcoming and supporting employees, former employees, and service providers, addressing their needs appropriately. * Notify relevant departments when visitors arrive at reception and direct them correctly. * Ensure proper routing of requests, maintaining clear and efficient internal communication to prevent issues. * Encourage users to self-serve via telephone and the CMS Portal. * Safeguard documents submitted at reception for CMS processing, keeping them organized and secure until handover to the responsible party. Examples: onboarding documents, vacation request forms, police reports, CTPS updates. * Distribute internal documents and correspondence addressed to CMS, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to recipients and preventing loss. * Support CMS reception in handling telephone inquiries. * Guide employees and former employees by clarifying doubts using the CMS Portal’s available service forms. * Provide support to employees and former employees by registering service tickets on their behalf upon request. * Inform the requester of the ticket number and estimated resolution timeframe so they may track progress. * Maintain the workplace environment—keeping tools, documents, equipment, and furniture organized—to ensure visitor well-being and a positive experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (mandatory); * Prior experience in customer service and reception; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Courteous and professional demeanor in face-to-face and telephone interactions; * Commitment to confidentiality and data privacy; **Additional Information** We have a significant presence in 78 countries.
