Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for registering vehicles, verifying customer credentials, informing users about parking procedures and regulations, and operating cash register equipment, with emphasis on excellent reception and revenue integrity. Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verify whether customers are authorized, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location, and other relevant information—always prioritizing excellent user reception; * Monitor for jammed or malfunctioning tickets, and remove tickets if the ticket dispenser is full; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification through numbered prisms; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing entry and exit slips for vehicles and ensuring parking revenue integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed High School education; * Valid driver's license (preferred). **Additional Information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), upon approval in the selection process, proof of the following vaccinations will be required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
