At market4u, all opportunities are open to everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission** Ensure efficient monitoring of autonomous market operations by identifying and reporting incidents to guarantee security, service continuity, and customer satisfaction — while also ensuring the effectiveness of collection processes, promoting fund recovery, and maintaining transparent and sustainable customer relationships, thereby directly contributing to the company’s financial health, operational reliability, and growth. * Proactively and responsively contact delinquent customers * Negotiate payments in accordance with internal policies * Record all interactions in the company’s systems * Monitor deadlines and case progress until resolution * Identify customer difficulties and provide guidance on proper use of markets * Escalate critical situations to responsible parties * Maintain organized evidence and information for audits * Update reports and support improvements to collection models and messaging **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic Computer Skills * Customer Service * Typing * Strong Written Communication market4u was founded with a great purpose: **to bring greater convenience to people through technology and mutual trust.** This same philosophy guides our daily work and drives our team to make history in this great mission to revolutionize retail.
