Environment that values relationships and empathy with guests **HOSPITALITY AGENT** **Job Description:** Act as a host; possess knowledge of front desk procedures, including: greeting guests, check-in and check-out, cash register closing, reservation handling, parking and retrieving guest vehicles (valid driver's license), and telephone service. **Requirements:** Valid Brazilian driver's license category B; ability to maneuver vehicles of all sizes, including automatic transmission; • Proficiency with hotel management systems (Totvs/Cmnet), Microsoft Office suite, and general computer literacy; • English / Spanish (proficiency test required); • Strong interpersonal skills across all hotel departments; friendliness, courtesy, and empathy; organization; clear, calm, and agile communication; good rapport with colleagues, partners, and leadership; preparedness and sensitivity to understand guest needs. **Minimum Education:** High school diploma **Work Schedule:** 6-day rotation with 1 day off – Day shift, starting between 6:40 AM and 7:20 AM. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Meal allowance: BRL 32.00 per working day (average BRL 800.00/month), Food allowance: BRL 145.00/month, Commission on walk-ins, convenience services, and parking (average BRL 250.00–280.00/month), Perfect attendance bonus: BRL 160.00/month, Group life insurance, Birthday gift, and free Spanish classes at the company.
