Management of material receipts, issuances, and replenishment **Main Responsibilities** * Verify invoices against purchase orders, checking quantities, quality, and product specifications upon receipt. * Store materials in a manner that preserves their physical integrity and facilitates location and handling. * Maintain accurate records of receipts and issuances, prepare monthly inventories, and request material replenishment as needed. * Request Fulfillment: Provide requested materials and parts to internal users, ensuring timely fulfillment of demands. * Assist in requesting quotations and tracking purchase orders. * Communicate with suppliers to clarify questions. * Collaborate with other departments to identify procurement needs. * Prepare periodic reports on procurement status. * Warehouse organization and inventory control. * Receiving, inspection, and storage of products. * Work with the plant manager to ensure efficient company operations, guaranteeing resource availability and precise, efficient demand fulfillment. **Requirements** * **Education**: Completed high school; technical courses in Logistics or related fields are a plus. * **Experience**: Prior experience in warehousing or inventory control is essential. * **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
