Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for budgeting, supplier negotiation, purchase closing, and inventory control across various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and pursuit of optimal cost-effectiveness and commercial terms 2. Development and monitoring of product pricing 3. Procurement management across multiple company departments **Responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets and execute purchases for all company departments (kitchen, events, maintenance, administration, etc.); * Negotiate with suppliers to achieve **optimal cost-effectiveness, delivery timelines, and commercial terms**; * Finalize purchases according to planning and demand; * Directly manage kitchen orders (raw materials, food items, disposables, utensils); * Develop and monitor **appropriate product pricing**; * Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and prospect new ones; * Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and goods verification; * Support management with recurring cost and procurement data. **Requirements** * Proven experience in procurement; * Proficiency in budgeting, negotiations, and purchase closing; * Organizational skills, agility, and strong communication; * Analytical mindset and strong sense of responsibility; * Experience in companies with multiple departments or high-volume procurement is preferred.
