Requirements: * Reside in Curitiba or the Metropolitan Region * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience in construction planning (mandatory), construction control and monitoring, directly handling schedules, indicators, and operational support * Experience with collaborative task management tools. * Prior experience in urban sanitation construction projects is mandatory (e.g., water/sewage networks, interceptors, collectors, treatment plants, pumping stations). * Proficiency in planning software: * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects/construction sites simultaneously Responsibilities: * Develop and manage construction schedules, including WBS, milestones, critical paths, and physical-financial planning (S-curves); * Implement and monitor agile management routines, using collaborative tools for activity organization; * Plan and integrate resources, supplies, and teams according to the schedule; * Monitor construction progress (schedule and cost), identify deviations, and support replanning; * Track costs, indicators, and project performance; * Prepare management reports and dashboards; * Identify and manage risks, proposing mitigation actions. * Other duties pertinent to the position.
