Job Summary: PCP professional responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing the production plan; scheduling and sequencing production; inventory control; and analysis of industrial costs. Opportunity for technical leadership and influence over operational areas R$4\.000,00 \+ Basic Food Basket of R$320,00 \+ Meal Allowance of R$23,27 per day \= R$488,67 Main Responsibilities: Develop, review, and manage the production plan according to demand, production capacity, and inventory levels; Schedule and sequence production to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery; Record production orders and perform data entry in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy; Monitor performance indicators (planned vs. actual) and propose corrective actions; Manage manufacturing losses, focusing on cost reduction and continuous improvement; Control inventory of raw materials, inputs, and finished goods; Support machine, equipment, and productive resource balancing; Generate and analyze industrial reports and indicators (efficiency, productivity, losses, lead time); Calculate and analyze industrial costs and contribution margins; Conduct strategic quotations and procurement of inputs, negotiating with suppliers; Ensure traceability, batch control, expiry date management, and inventories; Support new product development from a production and cost perspective. Mandatory Requirements: Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. Experience: Proven experience in industrial PCP; Experience with industrial costs, loss control, and inventory management; Experience with industrial ERP systems and performance indicators. Technical Knowledge: Production planning and control; Production capacity management; Industrial costs and margins; Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; Driver’s license category B.
