Providing courteous, respectful, and friendly customer service. #### **About the Position:** Organizing shelves, restocking products, and maintaining an attractive layout to provide an excellent shopping experience is the mission of our stocking team. In the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens department, freshness is the top priority to keep everything looking even more appealing. In the Deli department, the rule is to keep products properly conditioned. In the General Merchandise department—which offers home goods, pet supplies, camping gear, and much more—conceptual displays that invite customers to purchase are essential. In the Grocery department—which handles a wide variety of products—keeping everything well-organized simplifies the shopping process. If you enjoy keeping things orderly and wish to join this mission, we welcome your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify out-of-stock items in sales areas and verify available inventory in the warehouse for restocking; * Verify whether products scheduled for restocking are in suitable condition for display in sales areas; * Restock products on counters, islands, additional display points, and cross-merchandising zones, ensuring appropriate stock rotation and avoiding empty spaces; * Verify whether display layouts comply with company-established standards; * Organize the store’s sales area, checking product expiration dates; * Organize shopping carts, pallets, and platforms so they do not obstruct customer movement; * Remove checkout leftovers, cardboard boxes, and plastic packaging, ensuring proper disposal for each case; * Provide courteous, respectful, and friendly customer service, adhering to company service standards; * Follow operational procedures required for the position; * Maintain focus and commitment to departmental tasks; * Comply with company regulations and procedures. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to company culture and work responsibilities; * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Ability to follow internal procedures and regulations; * Willingness to perform physical tasks related to product restocking. #### **Desirable (Preferred) Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a stock clerk or in similar roles; * Familiarity with the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens; Deli; General Merchandise; and Grocery departments; * Skill in arranging attractive, conceptual displays; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and dynamic environment. #### **Benefits:** * Family Health Assistance Network * Telemedicine and Telepsychology * Dental Plan * Benefits Club * Pharmacy Discounts * Benefit Card * Recognition Programs * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Pregnancy Support Program * Nursing Room, Changing Room, and Rest Room * On-site Meals or Meal Vouchers * Career Development Plan * Partner Website Discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * 7 hours 20 minutes per day.
