Monitor treatments in collaboration with the medical team The hospital is looking for a Pharmacist in downtown Cambé. **Responsibilities:** Control and dispense medications according to medical prescriptions. Provide guidance on the correct use of medications. Analyze prescriptions to prevent drug interactions and errors. Manage inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies. Store medications in accordance with specific regulations. Monitor treatments in collaboration with the medical team. Participate in hospital committees and protocols. Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations. Supervise the hospital pharmacy team. Record information and maintain up-to-date documentation. Control restricted medications. Promote rational use of medications. Previous experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmaceutical Consultant, Specialist in Hospital Pharmacy, or Compounding Pharmacist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
