Because when you thrive, we all thrive. **About the role:** We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to design and execute integrated programs that fuel pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and optimize customer retention and expansion for our large gym customers and fitness franchises. This role is responsible for building and scaling demand generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and partner channels to deliver measurable revenue impact. You will collaborate cross\-functionally with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to develop acquisition strategies, accelerate conversion, and drive customer lifecycle programs. As the owner of demand generation, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our go\-to\-market engine. This role will primarily support North American go\-to\-market motions and partner closely with US\-based Sales and RevOps teams. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** * Design and execute demand generation programs across paid, organic, partner, and event channels to drive net\-new lead acquisition and pipeline creation. * Own ABM (Account\-Based Marketing) strategies across our Big Box Gym and Franchise businesses, partnering with Sales to build and execute account\-based nurture flows, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and targeted content syndication. * Support development of multi\-channel campaigns leveraging paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit), content syndication, email, and events to maximize demand impact. * Drive funnel optimization through lead scoring, nurture sequences, and onboarding/conversion programs that accelerate deal velocity and improve pipeline efficiency. * Leverage ICP profiles, existing content, and sales feedback to create effective email sequences, nurture campaigns, lead magnet content and landing pages. * Partner with SDR/BDR teams to ensure effective lead follow\-up, sales enablement, and seamless handoff of high\-quality leads. * Lead retention and expansion marketing efforts, including cross\-sell, upsell, and customer advocacy campaigns to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and renewal rates. * Define, track, and report on KPIs including lead volume, MQL\-to\-SQL conversion, cost per lead (CPL), pipeline influenced revenue, account engagement, and ROI. * Leverage marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) to optimize campaign orchestration and marketing\-to\-sales alignment. * Run experimentation programs including A/B testing, channel mix optimization, and multi\-touch attribution analysis to inform strategy and investment decisions. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED:** * 10\+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM. * Bilingual Portuguese/English (required). * Proven success in building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. * Strong background in multi\-channel marketing execution, including paid digital, email marketing, content syndication, events, and webinars. * Hands\-on experience with marketing automation, enrichment and nurture and CRM tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft). * Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnel metrics, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis. * Experience partnering closely with SDR/BDR and Sales teams to optimize lead management and pipeline acceleration. * Familiarity with demand frameworks (e.g., SiriusDecisions Demand Waterfall) and lifecycle marketing best practices. * Strong writing and project management skills. * Proven ability to collaborate cross\-functionally to drive ROI. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU:** * Purpose\-driven company committed to transforming people’s lives through technology, with a values\-based culture centered on Best Life (\#bestlife), One Team (\#oneteam), and Growth Mindset (\#growthmindset). * Disconnect Days — once per quarter, we take a collective pause and enjoy a day off together around the world. \#oneteam * Health, dental, and life insurance. * Meal allowance — usable at both supermarkets and restaurants. * Remote work allowance — assistance with internet expenses. * Gym access subscription app. * Educational partnership offering significant discounts at universities, English schools, and more. * Payroll\-deducted loan program. * EAP — psychological, legal, and financial assistance, always available. * Access to partner discounts, including Dell, Microsoft, and many others. * And more! — so many benefits we can’t list them all here!
