Job Summary: Analyst responsible for managing driver training programs, analyzing telematics data, and providing technical/administrative support to Volvo customers. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage the driver training schedule, proactively contacting scheduled customers; \- Manage training contracts; \- Issue and dispatch certificates; \- Provide administrative support to driving instructors; \- Interpret and analyze telematics data from trucks and buses to identify opportunities for fleet performance improvement; \- Develop Volvo vehicle performance reports; \- Provide technical and administrative support to customers regarding the Volvo vehicle monitoring system; \- Monitor the activation process of Volvo connectivity services; \- Deliver customer training on the Volvo Connect platform when requested; \- Develop solutions for the department. **Requirements**: \- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Benefits**: On-site cafeteria offering home-style meals — a great help with household expenses!
