Job Summary: The professional will schedule and transport goods, maintain vehicles and equipment, perform inspections, comply with safety regulations, and support operational and administrative activities. Operational and administrative support, with training opportunities **Description**: \- Schedule transportation of goods, equipment, and materials according to company needs; \- Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition, preserving their maintenance; \- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, verifying general conditions, fluid levels, tires, mandatory equipment, and safety items; \- Report to the immediate supervisor the need for corrective and preventive maintenance, damages, incidents, or any irregularities related to vehicles or equipment; \- Strictly comply with traffic laws, internal policies, and transportation safety regulations; \- Submit daily initial and final vehicle odometer readings to the administrative analyst responsible for mileage tracking; \- Load and unload equipment required for operations and activities, performing assembly and disassembly per company procedures; \- Immediately report any issues identified during the process—such as equipment failures, incidents, or conflicts—to the direct immediate supervisor; \- Plan efficient routes to reduce travel time and optimize fuel consumption. \- Support all operational and administrative stages as directed by the immediate supervisor; \- Assist with administrative tasks in the office when not engaged in external activities; \- Attend trainings, capacity-building sessions, and meetings whenever requested; \- Maintain all mandatory documentation for the role up to date, including driver's license (CNH), vehicle documents, and required authorizations; \- Drive automobiles as needed and per direct supervisor’s instructions. **Desirable**: Completed elementary education; 10 years of experience with Category B driver's license (CNH); Experience in equipment assembly and disassembly is desirable; Basic knowledge of MS Office suite; Organization and attention to detail; Proactivity; Strong communication skills; Adaptability; Responsibility; Ability to work well in a team.
