We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst in Cambé** to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead direct material procurement processes, ensuring competitiveness in cost, quality, and delivery schedule; * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms; * Develop and qualify new suppliers, expanding and strengthening the supply base; * Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance; * Identify cost reduction (cost saving) opportunities and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes; * Monitor market trends by attending trade fairs and technical visits; * Support and manage import processes, including coordination with customs brokers and knowledge of customs clearance; * Collaborate with departments such as PCP, Quality, and Logistics to ensure efficient operational supply. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; * Solid experience in direct material and/or raw material procurement; * Experience in strategic negotiation and supplier management; * Advanced or fluent English (required for international negotiations); * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Prior experience in manufacturing industry; * Knowledge of strategic sourcing; * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience in structured cost reduction projects; * Knowledge of import processes (Incoterms, documentation, and customs clearance). **Additional Information** **Our Benefits Package:** * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * Creditas Partnership * On-site Meals * Health Plan * Chartered Bus Service * TotalPass * Clude – Digital Health * Birthday Day Off **1953** was the year Glen Brandt, at age 27, innovated by applying liquid nitrogen fertilizers to his farmland soil.
