MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: **ASSIST WITH ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT ROUTINES AS PER IMMEDIATE MANAGER'S REQUEST;** **MONITORING AND GENERATION OF DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS;** Control and organize departmental files; **IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY MAINTAINING A SENSE OF URGENCY, ANTICIPATING AND RESOLVING CONTINGENCIES, MEETING AND** EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS, WHILE MAINTAINING ASSERTIVE AND TIMELY COMMUNICATION THROUGH DEFINED MANAGEMENT MODELS.
