Job Summary: Responsible for financial management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and delinquency monitoring, supporting the executive board with reports and planning. Preparation of managerial reports and strategic support to the executive board Responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing bank reconciliations, controlling and forecasting cash flow, and monitoring delinquency. Conducts invoice, bill, and withholding tax verifications; issues invoices; and interfaces with the accounting department. Supports the closing of the managerial income statement (DRE), performs financial control per construction project or initiative, and prepares managerial reports for the executive board. Also contributes to budgeting and financial planning, as well as organizing and improving internal processes. Monitors strategic indicators (KPIs) such as projected cash flow, margin per project, fixed and variable expenses, delinquency rate, and monthly results (managerial DRE). Organizes, structures, and ensures predictability for the company's finance department, guaranteeing cash flow control, payment organization, project-based performance analysis, and strategic support to the executive board.
