The main objective is to assist in the employee lifecycle within the company, from recruitment support to assistance in personnel department processes and onboarding. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Essential:** * Minimum age of 18 years * Education: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, or Administration * Computer Skills: Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite * Organization: Ability to handle large volumes of documents and strict deadlines * Communication: Clear written and verbal communication **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation * Prior experience in administrative routines or reception **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Scheduling interviews and responding to candidates * Organizing documents for hiring * Assisting in time sheet control and benefits verification * Physical and digital organization of employee files and functional documents.
