Job Summary: Support the Maintenance Department in structuring, standardizing, and monitoring mechanical maintenance routines, with a focus on system and equipment reliability, availability, and safety. Contribute to the creation of asset performance indicators and failure analysis Support the Maintenance Department in structuring, standardizing, and monitoring mechanical maintenance routines, with a focus on system and equipment reliability, availability, and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in mapping maintenance assets; * Support the development and updating of mechanical maintenance plans, defining frequencies, responsible parties, and prioritization criteria; * Contribute to standardizing maintenance checklists and inspection spreadsheets, aligning them with preventive and predictive maintenance practices; * Support the implementation of computerized systems (dedicated software or automated spreadsheets) for recording and tracking work orders; * Conduct field inspections; * Monitor thermographic and vibration measurements; * Support teams during scheduled maintenance activities; * Record non-conformities and assist in proposing corrective and continuous improvement actions; * Support data collection and analysis of maintenance performance; * Contribute to the creation of asset indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, criticality, failure rate); * Prepare technical reports based on inspections and measurements, identifying failure trends and proposing scheduled or emergency corrective interventions; * Assist in integrating inspections with digital dashboards and reports (Power BI charts); * Support archiving of documents, manuals, inventories, and intervention records; * Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions; * Maintain control and traceability of equipment, tools, and PPE used in activities; * Support updating maintenance history and failure analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***Mandatory:*** Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering (from the 6th semester onward); Intermediate Excel proficiency; Basic knowledge of quality tools. ***Desirable:*** Organized Time management skills Teamwork orientation Availability to intern from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday (1-hour lunch break). **Join Mohawk Brasil: Where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of the Mohawk Group, a global leader in surfacing solutions.
