Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Service Management: Coordinate cleaning, property security, building maintenance, minor construction works, and administrative services (reception, protocol, and archiving), ensuring operational quality and efficiency. * Financial Management: Manage the facilities OPEX and CAPEX budget for the business unit, controlling expenses and investments to ensure efficient resource utilization. * Contracts and Real Estate: Manage facilities service contracts and support the management of owned and leased properties, including prospecting and termination. * Strategic Planning: Contribute to the area’s strategic planning and development of initiatives aimed at enhancing real estate value and brand image. * Team Management: Coordinate, align, and motivate the team, promoting excellence in service delivery, goal achievement, and implementation of continuous improvements. * Results Analysis: Monitor and evaluate area performance, ensuring the use of performance indicators to improve processes and report results to the Executive Board. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree preferred in Facilities Management, Business Management, Administration, Project Management, Maintenance Engineering, or related areas. **Qualifications** * Solid expertise in building maintenance (preventive and corrective). * Knowledge of property security and interface with occupational safety. * Management of utilities, building infrastructure, and complex operations. * Strong capability in supplier management and evaluation. * SLA and KPI control, and application of penalties. * Ability to structure, review, and optimize scopes and contracts. * Robust experience in developing and managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets. * Identification of cost savings, cost control, and resource optimization. * Contingency management and investment prioritization. * Coordination of construction projects, renovations, and structural improvements. * Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with BI tools and performance monitoring via KPIs. * Inspirational, guiding, and developmental leadership * Service-oriented culture * Assertive communication * Strategic vision * Decision-making ability * Analytical capability * Negotiation skills * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Resilience * Results orientation * Organization and planning **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
