What would be nice to have: * Professional experience in the academic field; * Experience with agile methodologies and Design Thinking concepts; * Experience in software development; * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; * Knowledge of Green Belt / Black Belt; * Familiarity with Bizagi Modeler; * Knowledge of process automation using Pipefy; * Knowledge of the PRIME system or ERP experience will be considered a strong advantage. * Acts as a Process Transformation Analyst to gather business requirements and map client processes, analyzing requirements within the context of system capabilities and communicating with development teams using technical language; * Assists in managing stakeholder expectations and priorities; * Tracks requirement evolution by serving as an intermediary between academic units and the system development team to ensure impacted areas understand requirements and changes; * Participates in delivery planning meetings alongside Product Owners (POs) and product leaders; * Supports the technology team in resolving product-related questions and/or analyses; * Maps and establishes processes to organize and ensure traceability, delivery, and service quality; * Collaborates with testing and development teams in requirement verification and validation; * Conducts critical analysis of processes and services jointly with the team; * Works on cross-functional projects involving multiple institutional departments. 2511070202301855041
