Support administrative and operational activities HR PAYROLL ASSISTANT We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Assistant to join our team at a prestigious accounting firm located in Curitiba/PR. *Main Responsibilities:* 1. Perform monthly payroll calculation and processing, ensuring accuracy in salary amounts, benefits, deductions, and social charges. 2. Ensure all processes comply with labor, social security, and tax legislation, staying updated on any legislative changes. 3. Support departmental administrative and operational activities, contributing to process organization and efficiency. 4. Conduct monthly payroll closing and prepare necessary reports for accounting. 5. Monitor and record employee contractual changes, including hiring, termination, promotions, and transfers. 6. Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare documents for tax and social charge payments. *Requirements:* * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and benefits administration. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in DOMÍNIO payroll software. * Advanced Excel skills. * Punctuality and attention to detail. *Benefits:* * Salary: To be negotiated. * Meal Allowance: BRL 29.00 per day (Alelo). * Transportation Allowance. * Clinipan Health Plan (after probation period). * Bradesco Dental Plan (after probation period). *Working Hours:* Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00.
