We have over 7\.000 employees and operate across 15 states and the Federal District, with 350 units distributed from north to south of the country. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve customers with humanity and quality at business units and/or other designated locations; * Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction; * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using internal documentation; * Achieve department-defined targets; * Build sustainable relationships and trust with each customer through open and interactive communication; * Register/update customer information in the service system; * Request authorizations from health insurance providers, according to each provider’s established policy; * Serve customers considering all necessary information for test execution, while adhering to company-defined processes; * Negotiate with customers regarding values and payment methods (in accordance with company-aligned processes); * Perform other duties relevant to the position; * Safeguard confidentiality and security of information, complying with applicable regulations and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Good communication skills; * Negotiation and persuasion abilities; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable.
