Customer and user training **Job Description:** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in delivering technical support to customers by providing guidance via chat and phone call; Assist in monitoring and managing service requests; Assist in supervising system installations and configurations; Assist in conducting training sessions for customers and system users. **Requirements:** REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in a technical, technological, or undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields; Basic knowledge of technical support; Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese; Ability to work under pressure and solve problems autonomously; Aptitude for handling new technologies and software; Availability to work on-site.
