Ensuring standardization, efficiency, and quality of services **Job Description:** ---------------------- Implement the intervention programs defined for each client, ensuring correct execution of procedures, data recording, and organization of necessary materials. Maintain a structured environment, present records and outcomes during supervision sessions, and communicate observed behavioral changes, questions, or difficulties encountered during implementation. Prepare agendas when necessary and support the development and updating of work instructions and administrative controls, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and quality of services. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Pedagogy; Active professional registration; Completed postgraduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
