Development of technical-commercial materials and training programs **InnovaBio** is seeking a **Product Coordinator** to strategically manage and develop its product portfolio in the agricultural market. This person will be responsible for connecting technical, marketing, and commercial functions to ensure appropriate product positioning, with a clear value proposition, consistent agronomic support, and alignment with field needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate management of the biological product portfolio, monitoring its lifecycle and identifying opportunities for expansion and repositioning * Define and maintain technical and commercial positioning of products by crop, region, and market * Analyze market trends and competition to support strategic decision-making * Collaborate integrally with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams * Support product launches by structuring value propositions and market-entry strategies * Develop technical\-commercial materials and tools to support internal teams * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for internal teams and partners * Monitor portfolio performance indicators and market results * Support pricing strategies, profitability, and competitiveness * Capture field requirements and translate them into actions for portfolio evolution **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related fields * Experience in product or portfolio management within agribusiness * Experience with biologicals or agricultural technologies * Advanced English (mandatory) * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile * Willingness to travel * Availability for on-site work in Foz do Iguaçu \- PR **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience launching biological products * Knowledge of biofungicides, bionematicides, inoculants, and biostimulants * Experience with distribution channels and demand generation in the field
