Job Summary: Responsible for managing and leading electrical and mechanical maintenance teams in an industrial environment, aiming for operational efficiency and continuous improvement. We operate across 19% of Brazilian territory, serving 52% of the population, in the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, and Goiás.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Experience in managing industrial utilities, ensuring the operation of boilers, compressed air systems, substations, ammonia-based refrigeration systems, and water and effluent treatment systems (WTP and ETEDI). * Hands-on experience leading and executing electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, including technical guidance to the team, ensuring compliance with maintenance work orders, and alignment with production planning. * Distribute, monitor, and ensure execution of maintenance tasks, proposing equipment, process, and routine improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity. * Monitor and participate in implementing improvement projects and technological innovations within industrial facilities. * Recruit, develop, and supervise the team, identifying training needs and participating in promotion and separation decisions. * Monitor task execution, correct deviations, provide continuous feedback, and conduct Performance Appraisals to foster development, engagement, and efficiency. * Manage working hours, time banks, documentation, and employee leave, ensuring record compliance and applying disciplinary measures when necessary. * Ensure safe working conditions, monitor organizational climate, and promote improvement initiatives. * Define team roles, goals, and objectives, directing efforts toward results aligned with company strategy. * Communicate internal policies, provide resources, and fully coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields; * Familiarity with SAP system; * Advanced Microsoft Office package; * Specialization in People Management is a plus; * Prior experience in industrial maintenance of utilities, electrical, and mechanical systems; * Experience leading technical teams; * Knowledge of maintenance planning, distribution, and control of work orders; * Experience diagnosing failures, performing root cause analysis, and solving problems in electromechanical systems; * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Ability to interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment documentation; * Basic knowledge of industrial automation (sensors, motors, panels, PLCs, and frequency inverters); * Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and lubrication routines; * Familiarity with maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance efficiency); * Ability to propose technical improvements, participate in modernization projects, and apply technological innovations; * Analytical ability, decision-making skills, and capability to lead continuous improvement processes; * Proficiency in conducting training sessions, delivering feedback, managing attendance records, and monitoring organizational climate. **Additional Information** ***What we offer:*** * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Health Insurance Plan * Optional Dental Plan, selected by the employee * Group Life Insurance * On-site Restaurant * Meal Allowance * Product Purchase Program, priced according to current price list * Pharmacy Benefit: payroll credit reimbursement * Credit Cooperative * School Kit delivered at the beginning of the academic year for dependents (subject to terms and conditions) * Birthday Kit * Christmas Kit * Toy Voucher delivered in October for dependents (subject to terms and conditions) **About Coca\-Cola FEMSA Brasil** We are one of the world's largest manufacturers by sales volume of The Coca\-Cola Company products.
