Apply for this position and join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze historical data and priorities to schedule the Maintenance Plan, aligned with budgetary constraints and workforce availability; Analyze maintenance department efficiency metrics and implement corrective actions; Develop the Maintenance Plan, request purchases of parts and services—whether registered or unregistered; Review and approve purchase orders, and approve emergency part purchases via requisition within your authorized spending limit; Support the Procurement Department in supplier development and in purchasing parts and services; Follow up on service purchases with the responsible department; Promote and develop maintenance training programs for new employees; Define minimum/maximum inventory levels for the warehouse to support Maintenance operations; Define inspection frequencies for vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis; Supervise third-party maintenance work, whether permanent or occasional; Ensure minimization of Maintenance operation costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. **Additional Information** Benefits offered: Health Insurance (after probation period); Dental Insurance; Meal Voucher; On-site Meal; Life Insurance; Pharmacy Benefit Program; Transportation Voucher.
