Perform quality control of raw materials and finished products **Job Description – Compounding PharmacistJob Title:** **Compounding Pharmacist** **Work Location:** Ibiporã – Paraná (CLT) **General Function Description:** Responsible for the technical and operational supervision of the compounding pharmacy, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance of processes related to production, storage, and dispensing of customized medications. Works closely with the team and customers, ensuring adherence to sanitary regulations and good pharmaceutical practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the preparation of formulas and medications; * Ensure compliance with ANVISA, Sanitary Surveillance, and current legislation; * Validate prescriptions and advise customers on the proper use of compounded medications; * Perform quality control of raw materials and finished products; * Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs); * Record packaging, traceability, and technical documentation; * Manage inventory of supplies and materials, including procurement and expiry dates; * Attend to and advise customers, responding to technical inquiries; * Train and supervise pharmacy assistants and technicians; * Maintain organization and hygiene in compounding areas; * Prepare technical reports and fulfill administrative routines. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Completed and registered Pharmacy degree with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Prior experience in compounding pharmacy; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary legislation; * Critical analytical ability and attention to detail; * Communication skills with team members and customers. **Desirable:** * Courses or specializations in Magistral Pharmacy or related fields; * Knowledge of laboratory quality control. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and proactivity; * Professional ethics; * Teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Focus on quality and patient safety. **Employment Regime:** * **CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.632,38 \- R$5\.710,07 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
