Prevent discrepancies and losses of any kind. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Receiving and inspection: Verify that purchased items match the invoice and purchase order, including quantities and quality; \- Inventory organization: Store materials safely, accessibly, and at the correct location, always following FIFO principles to facilitate identification and control. Daily cleaning and organization are essential; \- Control of material inflow and outflow: Record all material inflows and outflows of any type, maintaining alignment between system and physical inventory; \- Prevention of losses and waste: Monitor storage conditions and usage of materials/inputs; \- Production input control: Ensure factory departments have necessary inputs to perform daily activities; \- Periodic inventories: Compare physical inventory with system records to identify possible discrepancies.
