Development in a corporate environment We are seeking an administrative intern to support routines in the Human Resources, Personnel Department, and general administrative areas of the company. **Main Responsibilities:** **Personnel Department:** * Support in time tracking and hour bank management * Organization and verification of onboarding and offboarding documents * Assistance in submitting information for payroll processing * Management of medical certificates, absences, and justifications * Support in benefits administration (e.g., transportation allowance) **Human Resources:** * Support in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, scheduling interviews) * Assistance in communication with candidates * Support in onboarding new employees * Organization of departmental documents and files * Support for internal initiatives (internal marketing, training programs, etc.) **General Administration:** * Organization of physical and digital files * Support in internal controls and spreadsheets * Assistance in office operational tasks * Support to other departments as needed **Desired Profile:** * Organized and detail-oriented * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Accounting, or People Management * Strong communication skills * Proactive and eager to learn * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: starting from R$1\.000,00 per week Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
