We are looking for a professional with a consultative commercial profile, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset, who excels in customer relationship management and goal attainment. Responsibilities: Provide active and responsive service to customers and leads across multiple channels (phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and chat), guiding the entire accreditation process within internal systems; Monitor the customer journey, ensuring correct formalization and activation of contracted services; Promote engagement with and utilization of offered products; Deliver continuous customer support by resolving operational requests and ensuring a positive experience; Support the commercial area in managing relationships with the accredited network, clarifying doubts and addressing needs; Schedule meetings with customers and leads, ensuring organization and prior alignment; Monitor departmental performance indicators, track results, and contribute to goal achievement. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; Experience in negotiations and customer service; Experience with customer registration and onboarding processes; Knowledge of payment methods, acquiring services, and authorization/receipt workflows; Proficiency in Excel; Experience with customer service tools (CRM and WhatsApp Business); Experience working in goal- and performance indicator-driven environments. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $3,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: R$28.00 per workday; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER CARD **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM.
