




Job Summary: Work as a Rotating/Flexible Staff member, providing friendly and efficient guest service, handling check-in/check-out procedures, supporting guest requests, parking guest vehicles, and performing general front desk duties. Opportunity to work collaboratively in the hospitality sector **JOB: ROTATING/FLEXIBLE STAFF** * Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring excellence in hospitality service * Perform guest check-in and check-out * Assist guests with their needs and requests during their stay * Park guests' vehicles in the hotel parking lot. * Carry out front desk duties, including telephone reception and document organization, issuing invoices. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry * Proactivity, courtesy, and ability to work effectively in a team * Fluency in at least one foreign language (English or Spanish) **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, with flexible hours to cover all 3 shifts. Morning shift (6:40 AM to 3:00 PM) \- Afternoon shift (2:40 PM to 11:00 PM) \- Night shift (10:40 PM to 7:00 AM) * Bonuses and internal commissions after the probationary period.
