To maintain this standard of excellence, we are seeking a Systems Technician who shares our values and is committed to quality within the hospital environment. **Responsibilities:** * Gather information through interviews with users to design processes used across departments; * Design information flow diagrams, identifying all tools required for project development; * Conduct audits and monitor system and application performance, identifying and correcting faults, and executing procedures for improvements; * Guide support departments in consulting technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating problems in controlled environments when necessary or escalating to technical support; Implement and/or deploy systems as solutions to improve departmental processes. * **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program; Education in IT or related fields; Agility, organization, and critical analysis skills; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, Attendance Bonus Leave, Co-payment Health Insurance Plan, Co-payment Dental Insurance Plan, Attendance Bonus, On-site Meals, Meal Vouchers, Transportation Vouchers
