**Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Inventory Recording:** Record incoming and outgoing items, determine minimum and maximum quantities, and monitor high- and low-turnover products.
* **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, inspect, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications.
* **Temperature Control:** Record storage temperature in compliance with ANVISA regulations.
* **Expiry and Disposal:** Monitor item expiry dates, notify when products have less than 60 days remaining, and dispose of expired items per regulatory standards.
* **Stock Replenishment and Kit Assembly:** Prepare and label dialysis room kits and dispense materials as needed.
* **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring equipment preservation.
* **Ordering and Planning:** Place purchase orders and plan jointly with the operations manager.
* **Traceability and Collection:** Control material traceability, collect medications, and deliver to ICU.
* **Documentation:** Print patient labels, update inventory in the system, and record PPE/PSE issuance.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with nursing staff on the dispensing schedule.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education. Preferred: currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in Logistics, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in related roles.
