At Dr. Hair, a leading clinic in non-surgical hair health and aesthetics, we are looking for a Senior Unit Manager to lead a rapidly expanding operation. Your purpose will be to ensure a highly profitable unit with an engaged team and delighted customers, maintaining the brand’s excellence standards. Manage the unit’s full operation (customer service, scheduling, inventory, facilities). Lead, develop, and monitor team performance. Track KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, average transaction value, NPS). Implement routines, processes, and quality standards. Work closely with the sales team to boost sales. Ensure excellence across the entire customer journey, from first contact through post\-service. Report results and action plans to senior management. **Requirements:** **Mandatory requirements:** Solid experience as a unit, store, clinic, or service operation manager. Experience managing customer service and/or sales teams. Proficiency in performance indicators (KPIs) and visual management practices. Hands\-on profile, results\-oriented, and process\-driven. Availability for in\-person work during business hours, including Saturdays. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, dentistry, or franchise clinics. Prior experience in high\-customer\-traffic businesses. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service management tools. Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
