This person will play a central role in building, scaling, and sustaining our platform, directly influencing decisions on **architecture, technology, processes, and team**. This position starts as a **Tech Manager**, with a **structured and clear pathway to the CTO role within 1–2 years**, gradually assuming strategic responsibilities, executive leadership, and global scaling duties. Join the Paciente360 team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead teams in the responsible adoption of AI, ensuring best practices in security, privacy, and technical quality. * Provide technical leadership for the development and evolution of the company’s products and platforms; * Define and make strategic decisions on **software architecture**, ensuring performance, security, and scalability; * Engage hands\-on when necessary—especially in critical decisions and definition of technical standards; * Manage and develop the technology team (engineering, front\-end, back\-end, DevOps); * Establish best practices for development, code quality, version control, testing, and deployment; * Act as a strong integrator between **product, business, and technology**; * Structure and evolve development processes (agility, prioritization, continuous delivery); * Lead **DevOps**, automation, CI/CD, and observability initiatives; * Plan technological evolution to support **global growth and scaling**; * Prepare to progressively assume **CTO responsibilities**, including long-term technology vision, technical governance, and support for corporate strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Experience with foundational concepts of Artificial Intelligence and generative AI. * Ability to assess opportunities for applying AI in engineering processes and digital products. * Experience or familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., code copilots). * Solid experience with **JavaScript/TypeScript**; * Strong proficiency in **React**, and experience with **Angular**; * Robust experience with **Node.js** on the back\-end; * Consistent hands-on experience with **relational and non-relational databases**; * Practical knowledge of **DevOps**; * Proven experience designing and maintaining **scalable architectures**; * Knowledge of best practices in security, performance, and observability. **You’ll stand out with these differentiators:** * Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Head of Technology; * Experience with SaaS products or scalable platforms; * Experience with international expansion or global products; * Genuine interest in progressing to an executive role (CTO). **Additional Information** Our work is **on-site**, located in the Gleba Palhano neighborhood of Londrina/PR.
