Job Summary: Generalist professional in the Personnel Department, primarily focused on employment terminations, providing support to employees and managers in HR routines and legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Personnel Department routines 2. Knowledge of Labor and Social Security Legislation 3. Support to employees and managers Responsibilities: Providing support to employees and managers in Human Resources routines; issuing opinions and assisting in hiring and termination processes according to internal procedures and current legislation. Monitoring and reporting timekeeping non-conformities; system adjustments; overtime bank management; and vacation verification. Submitting documents to the National Institute of Social Security (INSS); archiving and dispatching documents; and supporting functional record-related requests. Responsible for payroll and labor charge entries, verification, and closing (INSS, FGTS); delivery of benefits and documents; registration of health plans; updating CTPS (Worker's Employment Record Book); applying administrative penalties; and supporting consigned loans. Monitoring expiration dates of training courses and certifications, with advance notice to the responsible department. Generalist focus on Personnel Department activities, with primary emphasis on employment terminations. Requirements: EDUCATION: Completed undergraduate degree. EXPERIENCE IN THE ROLE: Experience with Personnel Department routines. KNOWLEDGE AND/OR COURSES: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Labor Legislation, Social Security Legislation, and eSocial.
