Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive accounting activities, including balance analysis, tax calculations, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts 2. Preparation of balance sheets, trial balances, and income statements (DRE) 3. Support for external and internal audits, ensuring compliance Main Responsibilities: * Analyze account balances and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Control and calculation of the monthly IRPJ and CSLL tax bases, under both Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes; * Prepare balance sheets, trial balances, and income statements (DRE), among others; * Prepare and submit the Digital Accounting Record (ECD), including cost and expense analysis; * Prepare and submit the Digital Fiscal Accounting Record (ECF); * Support external and internal audits by providing information and documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance of accounting processes; * Prepare dossiers and information requested by external and internal auditors, ensuring transparency and compliance of accounting processes and implementing corrections; * Verify and integrate financial movements related to payments and receipts into the accounting system; * Classify accounting documents by account and in chronological order, specifying amounts, taxes, payees, etc.; * Generate verification and provision reports, and import payments and receipts into Questor; * Verify all tax and accounting information integrated into the system; * Organize and maintain the accounting file. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
