The professional will be responsible for supplier prospecting and negotiation, placing purchase orders, and ensuring raw material quality standards, appropriate costs, and on-time deliveries. **Benefits**: * Meals on site * Transportation allowance * Sodexo Food Voucher (R$80.00 per month) * Union agreement (Sindhotéis) * 13th-month salary * Birthday day off **Requirements**: * Prior experience in procurement for restaurants, hotels, or other food industry establishments. * Knowledge of quotations, inventory control, and supplier management. * Strong negotiation and effective communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with restaurant management systems. **Responsibilities**: * Execute the entire restaurant procurement process, from supplier negotiation to inventory control. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms, always aiming to reduce costs, optimize resources, and ensure restaurant raw material quality standards. * Coordinate purchasing demand with unit managers to ensure all raw materials are available as needed. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
