




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook with proven experience in à la carte service, responsible for food preparation, portioning, plating, and dish decoration, following technical sheets. Knowledge of technical sheets and culinary techniques Responsibilities: * Work as an à la carte cook; * Portioning dishes and portions; * Plating and decorating dishes; * Organizing products in refrigerators and freezers; notify when items run out; * Execute the technical sheets of dishes. Requirements: * **Proven Experience:** Prior experience as a cook is required, preferably in bars and restaurants offering à la carte service. * **Knowledge of Technical Sheets:** Ability to follow and execute preparations according to technical sheets and house standards, ensuring dish consistency. * **Mastery of Culinary Techniques:** Knowledge of various cooking techniques—such as frying, grilling, roasting, and sautéing—essential for the variety of portions and dishes. * **Availability to work afternoon and night shifts."
