**Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your Routine on the BP Team as Information Security Manager?***
* Manage and evolve the Information Security Management System and support the Information Privacy Management System;
* Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 standards;
* Lead information security and privacy risk management processes, including identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring;
* Coordinate internal, external, and client audits, ensuring quality evidence and responses;
* Manage non-conformity resolution, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
* Ensure SLA adherence when responding to client security and privacy questionnaires;
* Lead supplier and partner security assessments, including analysis and monitoring of contractual requirements;
* Define and maintain corporate information security and data protection policies, standards, and procedures;
* Establish and monitor executive dashboards and reports to track security maturity and risks;
* Promote information security awareness and culture across the organization.
**Team Management**
* Lead, guide, and develop the Information Security Governance team;
* Design technical and professional development plans for the team;
* Define priorities, allocate tasks, and track team deliverables;
* Encourage continuous improvement and maturation of governance practices across the organization;
* Serve as a technical and strategic reference for the team and other company departments.
**Requirements and Qualifications** ***What Do You Need to Join Us?***
* Bachelor’s degree in Technology fields such as Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines;
* Experience in Information Security Governance and security framework management;
* Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ISO/IEC 27001 and/or ISO/IEC 27701 standards;
* Experience conducting internal, external, and client audits;
* Experience managing technical teams;
* Knowledge of risk management, supplier management, and security compliance;
* Strong communication skills with technical, executive, and client stakeholders.

* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security, Risk Management, or related fields;

* Experience in audited environments or those subject to stringent regulatory requirements;
* Experience supporting large-client security audits.
**Additional Information** ***Work Schedule:***
* 8 hours and 48 minutes per day;
* Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM.
