Experience with agile metrics and project management tools We are hiring a Scrum Master for an on-site position in Curitiba/PR. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a bachelor's degree in any field with a postgraduate degree in IT; Scrum (artifacts, roles, events, and rules); Kanban, Lean, and XP; Facilitation techniques, conflict mediation, and team coaching; Agile metrics and performance indicators; • Project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar; Desired certifications: PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I – Scrum.org); CSM (Certified ScrumMaster – Scrum Alliance); Advanced certifications such as PSM II, PSM III, A-CSM, or CSPO will be considered a plus.
