Job Summary: This professional will analyze production results and costs, prepare presentations for senior management, participate in the annual budget process, and propose solutions based on detailed analyses. Development of analyses and studies to support solutions. **Job Description:** Our client is the only laboratory in Brazil exclusively dedicated to laboratory support, with a clear commitment: not to compete with its clients, but to strengthen their operations with excellence, agility, and trust. **Your Challenges:** Analysis of results from production units; Production cost analysis; Preparation and presentation of monthly results to senior management/managers; Active participation in the preparation of the Annual Budget; Conducting detailed analyses of variances and deviations between planned and actual performance; Developing analyses and studies, structuring problems to support potential solutions. **Requirements:** **What You Need:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Experience in FP\&A; Strong analytical and communication skills; Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive-level materials; Ability to generate business insights. Advanced Excel, Power BI; knowledge of Plano system or other budgeting tools is desirable Budgeting.
