You will be responsible for strengthening and expanding commercial relationships with our customers. Benefits of this opportunity * **0.8%** **on monthly liquidity** * **0.6% semiannually** on monthly deliveries exceeding targets Responsibilities * **Service Analysis:** Monitor the customer journey via our internal communication platform. * **Satisfaction Focus:** Conduct proactive outreach (telemarketing) to ensure the best customer experience. * **Active Listening:** Identify and understand customers' difficulties and needs. * **Strategic Support:** Provide real feedback to commercial supervision to improve processes. * **Objection Management:** Develop action plans and strategies to resolve impasses. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience in Customer Service or Sales:** Prior experience interacting with the public (in-person or by phone). * **Active Listening:** Ability to listen and identify the customer's actual pain points. Desirable * **Experience with CRM or Customer Service Platforms:** Familiarity with internal communication software. * **Courses in Customer Success (CS) or Customer Experience:** Knowledge of satisfaction metrics. * **Analytical Profile:** Enjoy transforming feedback into strategic action plans.
