You will be responsible for strengthening and expanding commercial relationships with our customers. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience in Customer Service or Sales:** Prior experience interacting with the public (in-person or by phone). * **Active Listening:** Ability to listen and identify the customer's actual pain points. Desirable * **Experience with CRM or Customer Service Platforms:** Familiarity with internal communication software. * **Courses in Customer Success (CS) or Customer Experience:** Knowledge of satisfaction metrics. * **Analytical Profile:** Enjoy transforming feedback into strategic action plans.
