Implementation of growth hacking strategies * Supervise and coordinate the operations of the company's own website, ensuring product updates, campaigns, banners, promotions, and usability. * Manage and optimize marketplace sales channels (Mercado Livre, Dafiti, Netshoes, Magalu, Amazon, etc.), focusing on competitive pricing, product content, commercial policies, and partner relationship management. * Implement growth hacking strategies to accelerate growth: A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, customer journey optimization, acquisition, and retention. * Monitor performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, average order value, ROI, margin, delivery SLA). * Coordinate pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in alignment with marketing. * Track digital metrics and propose continuous improvements based on data and insights. * Integrate internal departments (marketing, logistics, customer service, operations) to ensure efficiency throughout the order journey. * Supervise order fulfillment processes and ensure high-quality customer experience (deliveries, exchanges, returns, and reputation). * Identify market trends, emerging digital channels, and innovation opportunities.
