ACCIONA, within its Water business, seeks a Physical Security Coordinator for its new CAGEPA project in Paraíba.**Job Description**
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and control the execution of corporate security action plans and processes established by management.
* Develop, implement, and supervise physical security plans, including access controls, monitoring of strategic areas, and surveillance to prevent theft, vandalism, and other threats to project assets and construction sites.
* Coordinate activities and teams within their area of responsibility and are accountable for operational planning and achieved results.
* Coordinate the security of employees, customers, visitors, and properties.
* Coordinate, monitor, and control gatehouse and surveillance teams—whether directly employed or outsourced—overseeing security plans, team assignments, work schedules and shifts, patrols, service quality, among others.
* Control and supervise the vehicle fleet.
* Coordinate the organization of personal protection services for employees.
* Forecast security incidents identified at workstations and coordinate resolution when they occur.
* Develop crisis response strategies and plans for emergency situations, security incidents, and suspicious activities, ensuring rapid and efficient responses.
* Coordinate outsourced security teams, monitoring activity execution, compliance with security protocols, and contractual guidelines.
* Establish and maintain contact with local authorities, such as police forces and fire departments, to ensure rapid support in emergencies and facilitate incident investigations.
**Candidate Requirements**
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Security Management, Administration, or similar.
* Preferably over 6 years of experience in the field, with at least 3 years in team management.
* Proven experience in physical security coordination, preferably in infrastructure and sanitation projects.
* Knowledge of crisis management, risk analysis, and security protocols.
* Ability to lead teams and manage third parties with diplomacy and results focus.
* Willingness to travel and work on-site.
