Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing the Quality Management System, and guaranteeing Good Distribution and Storage Practices. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as the guardian of compliance and integrity of pharmaceutical products. 2. Leading the implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). 3. Managing internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Ensure compliance with RDC 430/2020 and other applicable sanitary regulations. Maintain the company's technical regularity with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) and Sanitary Surveillance. Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure traceability and control of quality indicators. Guarantee adherence to Good Distribution and Storage Practices (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and transportation). Validate storage conditions and qualify areas, equipment, and systems. Manage non-conformities, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Evaluate returns, non-conforming products, and coordinate recalls when necessary. Qualify and monitor suppliers and transporters based on sanitary criteria. Conduct training and reinforce a culture of sanitary responsibility. Advise senior management on decisions with regulatory impact. Serve as the technical representative before regulatory authorities, acting as the guardian of compliance and integrity of pharmaceutical products. Plan and conduct periodic internal audits to verify compliance with Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDSP). Prepare the company for external audits by customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Accompany inspections conducted by Sanitary Surveillance and other competent authorities. Prepare technical audit reports identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement. Define and monitor action plans (CAPA) arising from audits. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
