Supporting leaders in team management and organizational culture **Job Description:** ---------------------- Ensure excellence in people management, guaranteeing that HR processes comply with the quality, hospitality, and performance standards required by a 5-star hotel, promoting human development, a healthy organizational climate, and legal compliance—directly contributing to guests’ premium experience. Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection aligned with the hotel’s excellence standards. Carry out onboarding and support employee development. Identify and organize technical and behavioral training programs. Supervise HR administrative routines (hiring, vacations, terminations, timekeeping, and benefits). Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance). Implement and follow up on performance evaluations and development plans. Mediate conflicts and foster a healthy organizational climate. Support leaders in team management and organizational culture. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Previous experience as a generalist HR professional, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
