**Job Description:**

Receive employee requests, such as transportation vouchers (issuance and cancellation), enrollment or removal from benefits, PPE requirements, etc.; provide guidance and submit these requests to the Head Office’s responsible department. Receive various documents from employees—including registration updates, medical certificates, leave notices, declarations, etc.; provide guidance, perform data entry, or forward the requests to the Head Office’s responsible department. Organize monthly birthday celebrations for branch employees, including sending invitations, ordering coffee, and arranging and decorating the venue. Execute endomarketing activities, including promotional efforts, manual clipping tasks, and other related duties—as directed by the Head Office. Monitor employee offboarding procedures—whether voluntary resignation or dismissal—from initial evaluation through finalization of termination and documentation, in accordance with Head Office guidelines. Inform employees of the process timeline and report progress to the Head Office’s Personnel Administration department. Conduct exit interviews with all departing employees and forward completed interviews to the Head Office for tabulation and archiving. Collaborate with managers to assess personnel movements, evaluate the need for trainee contracts, and submit corresponding requests using predefined processes and documentation established by the Head Office. Maintain and update the employee roster to ensure accurate and current information for optimal administration. Provide general support to employees and managers—answering inquiries and escalating issues to immediate leadership or relevant Head Office departments when necessary. Manage and maintain employee uniforms and PPE, assessing needs and requesting replenishment from the Head Office as required, following established procedures. Conduct Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS) according to topics and schedules predefined by the Head Office’s SESMT team. Maintain records of CIPA meetings. Organize training classes and deliver internally developed training sessions. Support apprentices by reviewing their assigned tasks. Maintain departmental spreadsheets and general control records as needed. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) by employees and supervise compliance. Perform all duties safely. Supervise and promote workplace cleanliness and organization among team members. Supervise and promote proper handling and care of work materials and company assets. Assist with general company-wide tasks. Support and supervise team members in delivering excellent customer service—including providing information, guiding customers to product locations, and accompanying them to those locations. Maintain hygiene standards mandated by regulatory authorities. Maintain professional appearance in accordance with company norms and culture.
