Job Summary: An operational support professional responsible for ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safety of the store's external areas, while providing customer support and service. Perform operational support activities in the store's external areas, ensuring organization, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the parking lot, entrances, access routes, and circulation zones. Collect, sanitize, organize, and maintain shopping carts, baskets, and shopping boxes, ensuring their availability to customers. Provide customer service and guidance, assisting with merchandise transportation, managing vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, and performing other customer service support tasks. Support store visual communication by installing and replacing posters and promotional materials; operate authorized equipment according to internal procedures; and contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment, complying with occupational safety regulations, loss prevention policies, and other company policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the store's external areas, including the parking lot, sidewalks, entrances, and access points. * Collect shopping carts, baskets, and shopping boxes within the store premises and parking lot. * Sanitize shopping carts, baskets, and shopping boxes, performing minor maintenance tasks. * Remove debris and clean cart wheels as needed. * Organize shopping carts and baskets in designated locations for customer use. * Guide customers regarding parking lot usage and access point locations. * Assist in managing vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, reporting potential hazards to leadership. * Distribute and collect parking tickets, where applicable. * Install, replace, and organize store posters, banners, and visual communication materials. * Operate authorized equipment, including starting and stopping conveyor belts, while adhering to safety procedures. * Assist customers with packing, packaging, and transporting purchases to their vehicles, when necessary. * Provide information and support to customers during their visit to the store. * Report incidents, damages, maintenance needs, or situations that may compromise safety or service to leadership. * Comply with operational procedures, occupational safety regulations, loss prevention policies, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Perform other related duties consistent with this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** ---------------- * Strong communication skills and courtesy in public interaction. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability for outdoor activities and constant physical movement. * Ability to work effectively in a team. ### **Desirable** * Completed elementary education. * Experience in customer service or operational activities. * Experience in supermarkets, shopping centers, or parking facilities. **Additional Information** **Benefits** -------------- * Meal Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance **Work Schedule** ----------- * 7 hours 20 minutes daily on a 6x1 rotating shift schedule, including Sundays and holidays as per the rotation schedule.
